Rates
All rates are quoted in US$ for locals and non-locals.
All rates are per night per unit except our Super Tuesday Special rate. Guests can choose from a minimum of two nights at the regular rate or our weekday plus Super Tuesday Special rate that runs from 12 noon on Saturday to 12 noon on Wednesday.
Payments
Payments: A minimum deposit of a one night’s stay is necessary to confirm your reservation. A 50% deposit of the entire stay is required for guests staying more than 3 nights. Deposits must be paid within 48 hours to confirm your booking. If you do not pay at the designated time your booking may be canceled. Upon confirmation that the accommodations you have requested are available, you will be required to make your deposit into a bank account that will be designated. You will then text or WhatsApp an electronic copy of your receipt to us. Balance to be paid at least two weeks before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
No Shows
All revenues are forfeited for no shows.
For cancellations 14 days prior to check-in, guests can receive a refund of their deposit less an administrative fee of 10%. For cancellations up to 7 days prior to check-in, guests can receive a 50% refund and for cancellations after 7 days prior to check-in there will be no refund.
(Example: if check-in is August 27, then if cancellation is made on or before August 16, a refund less 10% is available. From August 13 to 20, a 50% will be granted. Any cancellation after August 20 is not eligible for a refund.)
Check In & Check Out
Check-in: 12 Noon
Minimum check-in age – 21
Check-out: 12 Noon
Regardless of the time, you check-in.
Special check-in instructions
Please Note: Our units are usually ready by 12 noon unless you are checking into a unit where guests are checking out at 12 noon. If this is the case, we will need some time to prepare the room for you. You can confirm your check-in time within 24 hours of arrival.
Late check-out Late check out will incur a fee of $60 TT$ per hour per room.
Arrival
Arrival: Please confirm your estimated time of arrival on the day you are checking in. We normally expect guests to arrive no later than 6.00 p.m. If you are going to arrive after this time, please advise us at least 3 hours before this time and keep us informed of your progress so we can look out for you.
Unit Rules
No Pets are allowed on the premises.
No smoking inside any unit on the premises.
Security all activity on the property is recorded on CCTV.
Visitors
Absolutely no visitors are allowed on the premises other than those who are booked to stay there. There shall be no additional persons in any unit other than the number that is designated on the website or what has been agreed with management beforehand.
Breach of this term will terminate this agreement and result in forfeiture of all money paid and immediate ejection from the premises or pay a fee of $250 for each additional person per night payable immediately.
Pool Rules
- Warning! No Lifeguard on duty.
- Shower before entering the pool.
- No animals in pool or on the pool deck.
- No food or drinks in the pool or on deck.
- No diving.
- Children under the age of 14 years old shall not use the pool without a parent or adult guardian in attendance.
- Bath load 16 people.
